My return has not been collected. What do I do?
We're sorry to hear that your return has not been picked up!
To arrange for a new collection, please get in touch with our Customer Care team. Collections can be arranged Monday to Saturday. The time frame for pick-up is between 8 am - 8 pm. On the day of the pickup you will receive a notification via email, informing you of a 2 hour time slot in which they will come to collect your parcel.
Alternatively, you can drop off your return anytime at a local THE LNK ParcelShop.
The same return label can be used for any return method you chose.
Your refund will be with you within 14 days of the return.
